Method used in parts that will be fixed to poles. The piece will have two to three slots to allow the metal clamp to secure the piece to the respective post.
A7 - ANCHOR - RIBBED ROD
It consists of one or more ribbed rods welded to metal elements that will be fixed directly to the concrete foundation. The piece will later be fixed to the anchor using stainless steel screws.
A6 - DIRECT FASTENING - NEGATIVE
It consists of directly fixing a negative of the part directly to the concrete foundation. The piece will later be fixed to the negative.
A5 - DIRECT FASTENING - DEFORMATION
Permanent fastening method. It consists of the direct fastening of the part directly to the concrete foundation. A slight deformation is made in the part of the piece that is embedded in the ground to prevent any illicit removal.
A4 - METAL DOWEL - HEAD EMBEDDING
Conventional method of fastening. This piece will have countersunk holes, allowing its fastening using the metal dowel (supplied together with the piece). This method allows for easy removal of the part.
A3 - Threaded Rod, Nut and Washer
Conventional method of fastening. The piece will have holes, allowing its fastening with the threaded rod, nut and stainless steel washer (supplied together with the piece). This method allows for the part to be removed.
A2 - RIBBED ROD
Conventional method of permanent fastening. It consists of one or more ribbed rods welded to the piece that will be fixed directly to the concrete foundation.
A1 - WITHOUT FASTENING
Method used on pieces of considerable weight. It consists of positioning the piece in the exact place, with necessary means of movement for its proper placement.
